Quarters are valued at $978 at our target carcass weight of 230kg.
Product Info
A quarter animal is half a side of beef split evenly between the forequarters and the hindquarters and includes the following cuts:
STEAK - Fillet, Porterhouse, Rump, Round, Oysterblade, Diced
ROAST - Topside, Silverside, Blade
OTHER - Osso Bucco, Ribs, Sausages, Mince, Bones, Residual Fat
Following a target of 7 days hang time, our carefully selected butcher will prepare and package your meat according to your preferences, such as the quantity of steaks, sausages, or mince in each pack.
It is then individually packaged and labelled ready to go straight into your freezer.

Pickup is from our carefully selected butchers located in Floreat (Perth customers) and Boyanup (Southwest customers).
