Unlike large-scale operations, we are a small family farm that manages every step of the process. By focusing on a 'paddock-to-plate' philosophy, we ensure that the person you are buying from is the same person who looked after the land and the livestock.

The main difference is integrity and time. Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished at nature's pace. We do not feed grain to 'bulk up the weight' to meet strict deadlines. We also use traditional dry-aging, whereas most supermarket meat is 'wet-aged' in plastic with minimal hang time. We never inject additives for tenderness; we rely on natural aging and superior animal welfare to ensure every cut is tender and full of flavour.

No Methane-Reducing Additives We do not use Bovaer or any other synthetic methane-reducing feed additives. Our animals graze naturally on local pastures without chemical interventions in their digestion. Hormone-Free We do not use HGP (Hormonal Growth Promoters). Our animals grow at their own natural pace. No Feedlot Finishing Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished. We never use grain-based supplements or growth-enhancing additives to 'bulk up' weight. Antibiotics The meat you receive will be free of antibiotics. In the very rare event that an animal requires treatment for its welfare, it is removed from our paddock to plate program to ensure the integrity of your meat.

Strictly no. We only sell what we grow. If our own cattle aren't ready, we don't have beef available. This 'slow food' approach ensures that we never compromise on our standards just to meet a delivery deadline. Single Origin Producer We don't source our beef. We grow it! Many 'paddock-to-plate' businesses buy cattle from various farmers or sale yards to meet demand. We are a true single-origin producer. Every animal sold through Carlaminda is raised right here on our own pastures. This means we know exactly what our cattle have eaten, how they’ve been handled, and that they have never been stressed by sale yards or long-distance transport. When you buy from us, you aren't getting a 'blended' product from multiple farms; you are getting a 100% transparent, single-farm experience.
