Half an animal allows you to tailor the cuts the way you would like.
You can specify to have T-bone instead of fillet and porterhouse steaks. Or tomahawks instead of scotch fillet steaks. Don't want sausages? No problem. We'll give you more mince instead!
Following a target of 7 days hang time, our carefully selected butcher will prepare and package your meat according to your preferences, such as the quantity of steaks, sausages, or mince in each pack.
It is then individually packaged and labelled ready to go straight into your freezer.
